Brrrr.....a little work to keep you occupied during these freezing nights!

Families, the weather outside is frightful, but keeping kiddos busy can be delightful!

Some things to do on these freezing nights at home:
-read (alone or together) own boo or home reading
-math multiplication games to learn fast facts (your child can share these....deck of cards makes it fun)

There are also some fun Youtube videos to help students remember.

-work on SS project 'I Survived' (this is an in school project, but reading more and sharing won't hurt).  Here is the link to the task details (we went over this in class yesterday and began work today): I Survived Task (Click here)

Don't Give Up!  Keep Trying:
Also, a story was read today about Perseverance about Michael Jordan.  He is one of the Greatest Of All Time NBA players.  His journey to greatness wasn't easy.  He didn't even make his high school basketball team, but he didn't give up!  This famous quote of his, might remind us to KEEP TRYING:
